Return only online within 14 days of receipt of order.
We take great care and attention to the manufacture of our products in order to bring our customer full satisfaction. If you are not convinced of your choice, you have 14 days from receipt of your package to change your mind and return the goods at your expense. Any return for an exchange of size will be at our expense.
Here are the steps to follow:
Step 1: Ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging with its label and any accessories in a perfect condition, so it must not have been worn, washed or stained.
Step 2: Log in to your customer account and select the order for the return you want to make. Click the RETURN / EXCHANGE tab (if the delay of 14 days (after receipt) has elapsed, no return will be accepted).
Step 3: Select the item you want to return by specifying the pattern and possibly adding a comment.
Step 4: Confirm the return request. You will then receive a confirmation e-mail containing the details of the return
Step 5: The return costs are under your responsibility unless it is a mistake or a proven defect on our part.
Step 6: The return of goods should preferably be made by secured mailing and should be sent to the below address:

Step 7: A notification will be sent to you when the return has been processed, up on receipt of your return and subject to their compliance, we will proceed to the refund of the products by crediting the bank card or account used in the transaction.
No exchange between different models, only the exchange of the same model for another size is possible.
If the returned goods contains traces of use, use or deterioration, it will not be refunded.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PACKAGES
Receiving a damaged package: When receiving your package, if the packaging shows signs of deterioration, you can:
- Refuse the parcel, it will then be returned directly to the sender.
- Accept the parcel by sending very precise information to the shipper and notify the sender by mail in the customer area.
Defective article: we pay the upmost attention to the quality of our products. If however, in spite of all the quality checks carried out, a defect must be reported, we invite you to proceed as follows:
- If you received your article within less than a month, please follow the online return procedure and give us the reason for the return. In case of proven defect on our part, we will offer to proceed either to an exchange of article (within the limit of the stocks available) or a refund. Return and reshipment fees will be entirely at your expenses.
- If you received your article after a month, we invite you to first indicate your order number, describe your problem and send photos of the defective item by email to our customer department. Thus, we will make every effort to find a solution to satisfy you.
